At Perfumania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fragrance, you can return or exchange any unopened and unused product within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the unopened perfume in its original manufacturer's packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
