Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, every product sold at Perfumania is 100% authentic. we source directly from authorized distributors and original manufacturers to ensure the highest quality and genuineness.

What is the difference between EDT and EDP?

Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains a lower concentration of fragrance oils (5-15%), making it lighter for daytime wear. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting and more intense scent profile.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.

Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the smell?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.

How should I store my perfume to keep it fresh?

To preserve the integrity of your scent, store bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations can degrade the oils.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international postal regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
